I've been swooning over the blue top that Gwen Stefani is wearing on this month's Color Issue of InStyle. The shape and detail of the ruffles are so divine...
...So I was ecstatic to find this vintage dress by Barbara Barbara (clearly from the 80's) at Feathers that immediately reminded me of the Stella McCartney top. And while it's a little much, I think I can pull it off for an event coming up during Fiesta, which officially starts this weekend in San Antonio.
Now if I could just find the right accessories!
