When we got back in town Sunday there were 3 overly ripe bananas, practically begging to be made into banana bread. I used Carol's Banana Bread recipe from Atlantis Home and it is DELICIOUS! I had all the ingredients on hand (which rarely happens) so it came together really easily. Especially with 2 extra helpful hands!
