I found the perfect chambray shirt recently (vintage Ralph Lauren) but it was a tad too boxy for me, so I made it into a skirt for P. Elastic waistband, a little above the knee, so cute. Unfortunately, Dad thought it was TOO SHORT!! (She has no idea what she's in for come junior high.) Luckily there was enough fabric to make a band around the hem so all is well in skirt land.
