If you missed the first episode of Brené Brown talking with Oprah, I highly recommend watching. It's a fascinating discussion about courage, vulnerability, and Daring Greatly. I especially love what she said about Authenticity: "It's a practice and you choose it everyday, sometimes every hour of everyday." The second part airs today and I can't wait to hear her thoughts on Wholehearted Parenting. This hangs in our pediatrician's office and I think every parent should read it:
