Chic Carnations?

Carnations get a bad rap but they can actually be quite chic. And cheap! For my sister's kitchen shower we did pink carnations in blue and white ginger jars and threw in some leaves from the backyard with green moss...

1 dozen was enough to fill 6 single bud vases and 1 small bouquet for the bathroom!

I love them clustered together. It creates the same fullness as peonies or roses.
