Happy Easter!

Hope you had a nice holiday weekend! As usual, I was sewing Pearl's Easter dress up until the last minute before we left town. I've been wanting to do a white eyelet dress for her (especially after seeing this Vogue spread) so Easter seemed like the perfect occasion!
It was originally my sister-in-law's dress that she wore for her engagement pictures, and since the fabric was in great shape, I had enough of it to make covered buttons and reuse the trim for the neckline. I love how it turned out!
For Frederick, I used one of Will's old linen shirts to sew him white pants with cuffs and a back pocket, to go with his shirt from Zara. This is the first thing I've made for him and it was pretty painless!!
I wore my Forever 21 Striped Dress ($28!) and my Target espadrilles (that remind me of these).

(Pearl's Easter Dress last year-and it's inspiration, the dress and inspiration at 2 years old, and her first Easter dress and inspiration.)
